Tim Davis – Director
Tim Davis completed his degree at the University of Queensland and subsequently entered the profession within mid-tier chartered accountant firms. Tim then moved to a state management position within a Specialist Government Grant Advisory Firm. In 1995, Tim returned to his chartered accounting career at Marsh Tincknell, and was later appointed Director in 1999. Tim’s role at Marsh Tincknell has allowed him to follow his real passion of assisting family owned, small to medium sized enterprises, reach their business and personal goals. Tim imparts his natural enthusiasm to all client assignments he undertakes; and uses his years of commercial experience and technical knowledge to ensure the best possible results for all clients. Tim will always shine a strong focus on the individual behind the numbers.
In his spare time, Tim enjoys playing golf, travelling and watching and supporting his children play sport.

Greg O’Donnell – Senior Associate
Greg completed both a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics at the University of Queensland before commencing graduate work at Marsh Tincknell in 2003. After 5 years service at Marsh Tincknell, Greg was promoted to a managerial role within the Tim Davis’ Team. In early 2010, Greg completed his Chartered Accountant qualification and was appointed one of the Senior Associates of the firm.
In his spare time, Greg enjoys watching movies and working on his car.

Ben Robinson – Accountant
In 2005, Ben graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business with a major in Accounting. Ben then began his profession at a Chartered Accountant Business Advisory Service Group specialising in the aged care industry. Ben joined Marsh Tincknell in 2009 and is currently undertaking study for his Certified Practicing Accountant qualification.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys modifying and restoring cars, watching movies, listening to music, dining-out and socialising.

Warren Franken – Accountant
Warren completed a Bachelor of Business with an Accounting major in 2003 from Queensland University of Technology and has subsequently developed his career within chartered accounting firms. Warren became a Certified Practicing Accountant in 2006.
In his spare time, Warren likes working on classic cars, socialising, watching movies and following and playing soccer.

Andrew Beshara - Undergraduate Accountant
Andrew Joined the Tim Davis Team at Marsh Tincknell in 2010 with two years experience working in Accounting Firms on the Gold Coast. Andrew is currently completing his Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting at Griffith University.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys working on cars, attending and participating in drift motorsport events, going to the gym and spending time with his family and friends.

Laura Wilson – Undergraduate Accountant
Laura was born in Mackay but attended High School at John Paul College in Brisbane. In 2008, Laura joined the Marsh Tincknell Team as an Undergraduate Accountant. Laura is currently completing a Bachelor of Business with an Accounting major at Queensland University of Technology.
In her spare time, Laura enjoys playing sport, especially netball, and loves to travel.

Bri Kelly – Undergraduate Accountant
Bri joined Marsh Tincknell in 2009 as an Undergraduate Accountant. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Business with an Accounting major at Queensland University of Technology.
In her spare time, she enjoys visiting the Sunshine Coast, travelling and meeting friends and family.

Shannon Atkin – Personal Assistant
Shannon joined Marsh Tincknell in 2007 as a Personal Assistant for the Tim Davis’ team. Shannon is originally from New Zealand and completed her Masters in Music at NZ Massey University. In 2004, Shannon moved to Brisbane to develop her administration skills as well as begin her graduate diploma studies at the Queensland Conservatorium.
In her spare time, Shannon is both a professional singer and pianist; and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
